ABSTRACT: This paper reviewed the literature related to knowledge and knowledge management, and used the relevant literature of knowledge and knowledge management process as the framework and main line, integrating the relevant international literature on knowledge and knowledge management, and systematically reviewing the definition of knowledge and the process of knowledge management.
