ABSTRACT: In recent years, the scale of China’s construction industry has been expanding, and construction companies have gradually revealed some problems. Among them, cost management issues are more prominent, especially the management of hidden costs. Because of its strong concealment, the structure is more complicated and difficult to quantify. As a result, a complete research system has not yet been formed. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of construction engineering project in construction stage of the four levels of technology, management, contract and society, uses the expert scoring method to determine the main influencing factors, and proposes the main influencing factors.
