ABSTRACT: Distance teaching based on “Internet+” is vital for rural doctors who play an important part in public health services and basic medical services to continue medical education and enrich and improve their theoretical knowledge and professional ability, so continuing medical education of rural doctors under “Internet+” is an important reform, but it has some weaknesses, therefore some recommendations were made in this research specific to its problems and development trend.
