ABSTRACT: A 70-year-old male presented with gastric volvulus secondary to a hematoma that caused an organoaxial rotation. Contrast-enhanced CT was contributory to the diagnosis. The patient underwent laparotomy with gastrojejunostomy and jejunojejunostomy. We present our findings and review the literature of this uncommon pathology. A written informed consent was obtained from the patient for publication of this case.
