ABSTRACT: Leadership plays an important role in guiding and orienting the development of organizations at all levels. Each level of leadership sets certain requirements for personality, the higher the leadership position is, the greater the personality requires. Therefore, each of the leaders themselves continually trains and strives to improve the personality at the request of society, at the same time responding to the specific requirements of leadership activities, ensuring that the leader successfully implements the role of those who create inspiration, vision and lead the organization to adapt to the changes for development. From that requirement, the article will focus on a number of issues on leaders’ personality in international integration and some suggestions for leadership personality training in Vietnam.
