ABSTRACT: Credit bank is an educational system and learning management system based on the concept of lifelong education and modern information technology environment. Its core value lies in promoting the construction of the lifelong education system and forming a learning society with nationwide learning and lifelong learning. It is to realize all levels of education vertical contact, horizontal communication “overpass”. This paper introduces the origin and characteristics of the development of credit bank, and probes into the construction of lifelong education credit bank in Zhejiang Province.
