ABSTRACT: Precision poverty alleviation is the further deepening of poverty alleviation work and conforms to the theoretical logic of poverty alleviation. This dissertation explores the rationality of Precision poverty alleviation from three aspects: the connotation of Precision poverty alleviation, the internal logic of poverty alleviation, and the practical necessity of poverty alleviation.
