  ABSTRACT: At present, the development of E-commerce has led to a large number of returns from consumers, which has become an important challenge for E-commerce enterprises. In order to better study the return problems of E-commerce platform, this paper reviews the research on the return problems from two aspects: the different nodes of the supply chain and the types of return strategies, and gives the research prospects.
