ABSTRACT: Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with Tegafur Gimeracil and Oteracil Potassium in the treatment of locally advanced esophageal cancer. Method: The patients with locally advanced esophageal cancer admitted to our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy alone; the observation group, three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with tegafur was used. Result: In the observation group, the patient’s disease control rate was 89.74%, and in the control group, the patient’s disease control rate was 71.79%. The results of the two groups were compared and the difference was statistically significant (p 0.05) compared with the control group.
