ABSTRACT: Based on the PMBOK risk management frame, this paper collects the potential risk factors of the customized project of company T with Delphi method. After several rounds of research, we get 22 level three factors from the original 6 level one factor. Then we filtrate all the 22 level three factors to identify the TOP10 factors with Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). This method is qualitative and quantitative. The project manager can find out the critical factors quickly. It’s very helpful to analyze and solve issues during project management.
