ABSTRACT: With the rapid development of science and technology in China, our country is in urgent need of many application-oriented technical personnel with high academic degrees, which promotes the construction of application-oriented universities in China. It is necessary to accelerate the construction of application-oriented university teachers in order to promote the quality of universities better. The construction measures of application-oriented university teachers are studied and analyzed in this paper.
