ABSTRACT: This work presents the forecast of quality indicators of wheat from weather conditions in the Northern zone of the Republic of Kazakhstan, obtained on the basis of the correlation of protein and gluten content of grain with an average monthly air temperature and precipitation. The equation obtained by the authors allows estimating the quality of grain with the monthly advance, which is important in the organization of harvesting of grain crops.
