  ABSTRACT: This paper takes WoS database and CNKI database as samples, uses the HistCite to analyze the research status of Kano model, then analyzes the citation networks of Kano model and compares the topics and key points of Kano model research. Finally, the paper proposes the future direction of Kano model based on the citation networks and research topics.
