ABSTRACT: Objective: Analysis on the status quo and influencing factors of the Community Courtyard Pension Model in Nanchang. Methods: A unified questionnaire and interviews were conducted to collect relevant information. Result: The survey obtained 590 valid questionnaires and interviews. The analysis suggested that 77.1% of the respondents chose “Five conceptions and Six features” Community Courtyard Pension Model and there were significant differences in gender, educational level, occupation, monthly income, health status and illness or not (P
