ABSTRACT: Cultural consumption plays a positive role on economic development and social development; it also is the key factor to the improvement of culture industry. Taken the regional culture consumption as the subject, this paper emphasizes on discussing the environmental influencing factors of the regional culture consumption and finds the mechanism that how these factors work using the quantile regression model on the Basis of 31 Provinces’ Data in China1.
