ABSTRACT: Small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) have
increasingly played an important role in our development of economy. Financing
has been restricting the development of SME. The credit guarantee company (CGC)
for small and medium-sized enterprises has effectively relieved this problem, and
also reduced the risk of commercial banks. It is conducive to the development
of SME, CGC and commercial banks. But, in actually, there are many challenges
preventing the function of CGC. This paper will analyze these problems from
three aspects: the CGC itself, the cooperation with bank and the social environment.
To solve the problem, we can strengthen risk management and improve the social
environment.
