ABSTRACT: The purpose of this work is none other than to highlight the process of contract flexibilization through part time through the continuous regulatory changes that have been happening up to the present time. For this, a study of the normative evolution has been carry out, as well as of the statistical reports that allowed us to appreciate the increase in its use.
