ABSTRACT: Base on Prof. Maa Dah-You’s general theory of the microperforated-panel (MPP) absorber, We designed a noise reduction structure-sound attenuating cabinet (SAC). It can be applied to air-cooled communication products to reduce system noise. This article introduces engineering design method of SAC and laboratory test noise reduction results of application of SAC.
