  ABSTRACT: At present, China’s online travel companies are expanding their market share by continuously burning money, and most enterprises are in a profit dilemma. Future tourism is the competition of comprehensive resources, and the process of resource integration is directly related to the performance of online tourism enterprises, and it is also the key for online travel enterprises to win in the fierce competition environment. Therefore, this paper aims to improve the competitive advantage of online tourism enterprises by optimizing the online tourism enterprise resource integration process, which brings high enterprise performance to online tourism enterprises.
