ABSTRACT: Recently in China, Hospital Alliance is considered to be the most effective solution of healthcare system. The purpose of research is to illustrate the concept of hospital alliance in China, use empirical research methodology of case study based on resource-based view. The main results get from the empirical analysis is to apply the modern theory of resource allocation and reallocation to redesign the model of hospital alliance, thus improve the quality of medical service and effectiveness. The final conclusion is to show a model of health delivery in China using pre-paid medical insurance.
