ABSTRACT: The research explores the cause of the inefficiency
of the traditional ecological management model by analyzing the fragmentation
of internal governance structure and the marginalization of external governance
subjects. Then, on the basis of the core concept of PPP model, taking the
current new normal economy into consideration, the research analyzes the
necessity and feasibility of introducing the PPP model in the field of
ecological governance in china. Finally, the implementation path of the
ecological management PPP model is discussed in three aspects—the promotion for
the implementation of the PPP project, risk management in PPP project and
performance evaluation of PPP project.
