ABSTRACT: White mulberry Morus alba and jackfruit Artocarpus
heterophyllus are two of seven chosen Vietnamese folk plants which
showed the highest tyrosinase inhibition activity. Besides, both of them showed
antioxidant and antibacterial activities. Especially, the Sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay test result of the root core extract of M. alba figured out its non-toxicity
on foreskin fibroblasts.
