ABSTRACT: Chattel pledge supervision, as a fast-growing emerging supply chain finance business model, has been got a lot of attention by the banks and other finance institutions, logistics enterprises and small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and it has become a good way to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs, to reduce the rate of non-performing loans of banks and other finance institutions and to expand the business of logistics companies; it has a broad prospect. This paper summarizes the existing literatures researched on the chattel pledge supervision, and it will provide reference for further study.
