ABSTRACT: This paper
introduces the definition of venture capital and its development characteristics
in China at present, then analyzes its promoting functions on domestic high-tech
enterprise. From the perspective of both theoretical and practical, we analyze about
government’s influence upon venture capital, and discuss the ways in which the government
fully plays its role guiding the development of VC. According to the discussion
above, effective policy suggestions are given at the end of this paper.
