ABSTRACT: Making a review for the quantitative
evaluation research of Intellectual Property Protection Level’s in China, we get the research status, research perspective and
the research method of the study from the review. After analyzing the existed
problem and deficiency of those studies, we set forth the prerequisite of
Intellectual Property Protection Level’s study, and some new study thoughts,
which are based on performance theory and value chain theory. We suggest a new
study method should be used in the quantitative evaluation study of
intellectual property protection level, which is a comprehensive evaluation
method based on experts information. In the end, the principle of constructing
parameter system will be elaborated, which will be used in quantitative
evaluation study of intellectual property protection.
