ABSTRACT: In this work it was established different electromagnetic
wave propagation modes of hot plasma located in rotating electromagnetic field
when the temperature is finite and when the temperature is considered as
infinite. It is noticed that the plasma is completely transparent and isotropic with
refractive index equal to unity when the temperature is infinite.
