ABSTRACT: The development of enterprises is an important driving force for sustainable
development, which is affected by many factors. In recent years, Chinese
scholars put research on the influence factors of the problems of enterprise
development mainly from corporate governance mechanism, human resources,
financial condition and other internal factors and other factors outside
the enterprise, i.e. fiscal policy, financial support. This article reviews and
summarizes the relevant research literature from two perspectives of the internal
factors and external factors.
