  ABSTRACT: This paper mainly uses the gray relational analysis method to analyze the effect of the upgrading of industrial structure and the internal structure of the three industries on the employment of labor force in Guangdong Province. Based on the empirical analysis, this paper puts forward the promotion of the present situation in Guangdong Province suggestions for healthy development of employment.
