  ABSTRACT: In this paper, we first introduced the concept of cloud logistics, described the current status of the express delivery and analyzed the impacts of introducing cloud logistics on China’s express delivery industry. Then based on the case of Stars Express, how to introduce the cloud logistics model to the express industry was discussed. Finally, a new model of cloud logistics platform was constructed.
