ABSTRACT: The capacitance of a Metal-Insulator-Metal (MIM) capacitor first described in United States Letters Patent 20070278551 (2007) is analysed in three dimensions. The finite element computer program is given so that others may make similar calculations with their own dimensions and dielectric materials. Plots of potentials and fields are presented.
