ABSTRACT: Fresh agricultural products have the characteristics of short storage period, easy pollution, easy metamorphism, etc. If storage or distribution process is not handled properly, it will produce a large loss in the circulation process, reduce the shelf life, and reduce the value of agricultural products, related to supply chain related business profit, and also related to food hygiene and safety. Based on the analysis of the demand and the characteristics of the cold chain distribution, and the analysis of the structure of the distribution system, the paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the improvement of the city cold chain distribution management system.
