ABSTRACT: In recent years, there is a great concern about the research of industry technology roadmap in the area of domestic IA collaboration. The local government exploited the industry technology roadmap successively, planned and guided the development of regional industries by scientific methods. However, there are still some noticeable problems. This paper sorts out these problems systematically and tries to propose some implications of the science management of the local government.
