ABSTRACT: Endogenous formaldehyde in aquatic products
is a hot research topic, as it is an urgent problem to be solved. This paper
summarized the advance in background concentration, generation mechanism and
detection methods of endogenous formaldehyde in aquatic products, and the work
in the future was prospected.
