ABSTRACT: This paper aims at regarding knowledge transfer as the basis of improving
firm performance in knowledge economy society, and analyzing the effects of
knowledge transfer on firm performance from
the perspective of dynamic capability. Thus, this paper gives firm some
suggestions to achieve knowledge transfer and the update of knowledge
system through integrating internal and external resources, and to build the
core competitiveness and even improve its firm performance.
