  ABSTRACT: Service supply chain, the new research tendency of supply chain management, is considered to be the most effective tool for enterprises to retain competitive advantages. It has attracted the attention of scholars and practitioners in the field of different disciplines. Based on bibliometric methods and the data of CNKI and Web of Science? from 2000 to 2014, the paper makes a statistic analysis on service supply chain from the amount, subjects and methods. It also makes a summary of the subjects (definition, modeling, service capability, the relationship between management and performance, application, measurement, and coordination mechanism), providing references for the further study.
