ABSTRACT: Viral loads (copies of RNA per ml of
plasma) of HIV/AIDS patients, who volunteered for clinical trial of the Medicinal synthetic Aluminum-magnesium silicate, were assessed, before and
after they were treated. The treatment lasted 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks
respectively. A patient who could not access approved laboratory for viral load
test on time, continued the treatmentfor 24 weeks. Following treatment
