ABSTRACT: Progressive bone marrow failure and development of malignancies, particularly acute myeloid leukemia and solid tumors the most important features of Fan- coni’s Anemia (FA). This paper reports the case of a 16-year-old patient with FA who developped squa- mous cell carcinoma of the mandible, ten years after the bone marrow transplantation (BMT).
