  ABSTRACT: The relationship of the IT and competitive advantage is a hot research topic for a long time. Based on existing research, this paper proposes an integrated procedure model of how IT impacts firm’s competitive advantage. The model provides an integrated framework for the study of the relationship of the IT and competitive advantage, and can provide effective guidance for firms to use IT to obtain sustainable competitive advantage.
