ABSTRACT: With the need of enterprise competition and development, the importance
of the employee voice behavior is becoming increasingly apparent. Therefore,
people pay more and more attention to employee voice behavior in the field of
organization behavior. From the perspective of game theory, this paper has
established a static game of complete information and analyzed the strategy
selection between enterprise and the employee. Meanwhile, we take appropriate
measures in order to achieve win-win development of enterprises and employees.
