ABSTRACT: At the end of 2014, wars
of protecting shell resource broke out in Chinese A-share market. Based on the
case of financial fraud of WanFu Biotechnology, we present and explain the
trade abnormality existing in the capital market from restructure perspective.
By virtue of analyzing the case of WanFu Biotechnology, we reveal the loopholes
in the capital system, and finally put forward some corresponding policy
suggestions for policy makers.
