  ABSTRACT: This paper investigates the relationship between transformational leadership and voice behavior under Chinese cultural background. It also examines the mediating effects of organizational identification in the relationship between transformational leadership and voice behavior. We use multiple linear regression analyses to validate our hypotheses. The results of the empirical study showed that: Transformational leadership has a significant positive influence on voice behavior; transformational leadership and its four dimensions have a significant positive influence on organizational identification; organizational identification has a significant positive influence on voice behavior. Organizational identification plays a part intermediary role between transformational leadership and voice behavior.
