ABSTRACT: With the rapid growth of economy, the popularization of the Internet, the
rise of online shopping, China’s express delivery industry showed rapid growth
trend, and the competition of the express industry market is becoming
increasingly fierce. According to the data of business volume of express
services from 2001 to 2013, this paper analyzes the factors affecting China’s
business volume of express services through the grey correlation degree
analysis, and forecasts express busi- ness volume in 2014 and 2015 by using the
grey forecasting method to establish GM (1,1) model.
