  ABSTRACT: In the 1980s, dynamic competition theory originated in the field of strategic management abroad. It focused on the behaviors of attacks and counterattacks interaction among the enterprises. But Chinese researchers paid attention to the dynamic research a long time later. On the basis of the existing research, this article summarized the theoretical background research object and the research methods, and analyzed the limitations and future research direction of dynamic competition.
