ABSTRACT: This paper pretends to show the new global reality and its improving
paradigm in Social Sciences. Under the globalization has emerged a lot kind of
crisis, specially, in political, legal and economic areas. It is offered a
model to rethink, in a holistic way, the new social reality mentioned. Also,
the paper explains how to study the issue, beyond the International Law &
Affairs approaches, according to Global studies way.
