ABSTRACT: In order to pursue development in fierce competition, enterprises have attached greater and greater importance to their innovation abilities. This paper analyzes the theory model about how the relationship between supply chain members can influence innovation performance. It is found that inter-firm trust and learning can help to promote relationship governance, and further enhance the innovation performance of the enterprises.
