ABSTRACT: A rare case of T cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia
presenting with loss of vision, parotid swelling, hematuria and acute renal
failure has been presented in a 40-year-old male. Acute T cell Lymphoblastic
Leukemia should also be kept in differential diagnosis of hematuria, acute
renal failure and loss of vision.
