Special Issue on Nutrition Science and Dietetics

Nutrition Science and Dietetics focuses on the scientific study of nutrients, dietary patterns, and their effects on human health, growth, and disease prevention. It considers the roles of macronutrients, micronutrients, metabolism, and nutritional requirements across different stages of life, as well as the application of evidence-based dietary strategies to support health and manage medical conditions. Key research areas include nutritional assessment, clinical dietetics, therapeutic nutrition, food behavior, nutrition-related diseases, community nutrition, and personalized dietary interventions. This topic also considers the relationship between nutrition, chronic disease management, public health, and overall well-being.
