Governance and Public Management

Governance and Public Management examines the institutions, processes, and practices through which public organizations formulate policies, deliver services, allocate resources, and respond to societal needs. The topic covers public administration, institutional capacity, policy implementation, public-sector leadership, organizational performance, accountability, transparency, public participation, regulatory governance, digital government, intergovernmental relations, and public financial management. It also considers contemporary approaches to improving administrative effectiveness, service quality, institutional coordination, and evidence-based decision-making, providing analytical and practical perspectives on the management of public organizations and the governance of complex social systems.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Governance and Public Management. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
