Special Issue on Marine Engineering
Marine
Engineering is a comprehensive, application-oriented engineering discipline
that integrates fundamental theories of mechanics, thermodynamics, electrical
engineering, materials science, and automation to address the unique technical
challenges posed by the harsh marine environment. It focuses on the design,
construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and intelligent
optimization of marine vessels, offshore structures, ocean energy systems, and
marine resource exploitation facilities, serving as the core technical
foundation for human exploration, utilization, and sustainable protection of
the ocean. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for
scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss
various new issues and developments in the area of Marine Engineering.
In this
special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original
research and review articles that explore Marine
Engineering. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not
limited to:
-
Ship
Power and Propulsion System Engineering
-
Offshore
and Deep-Sea Structural Engineering
-
Marine
Materials and Corrosion Protection Engineering
-
