Special Issue on Law, Rights, and Justice
Law, Rights, and Justice explores the
principles, institutions, and practices that shape legal systems and the
protection of individual and collective rights. It examines topics including
constitutional law, human rights, civil liberties, access to justice, legal
institutions, judicial processes, equality, discrimination, and the
relationship between law and society. The topic also considers contemporary
legal challenges arising from technological development, social change,
governance, and evolving standards of justice, providing a platform for
theoretical, empirical, and comparative research on law, rights, and justice.
